Electronic hard rockers and Sunset Strip champions 9ELECTRIC have enjoyed an impressive year, peaking with the release of their brand new album, The Damaged Ones(Century Media), and tours with Lacuna CoilButcher BabiesGemini Syndrome and more. Yesterday, the band joined hard rock royalty Drowning Pool and special guests Gemini Syndrome and Red Tide Rising to kick off their "Not-So-Silent Night" tour - which will visit several eastern and central U.S. cities during the 2016 holiday season (see below for confirmed tour dates).
In celebration of this week's tour kick off, 9ELECTRIC are thrilled to reveal their heart-pumping, energy-packed new music video for their lead single "The Damaged Ones". Take a look at the music video now, exclusively via Loudwire:
"The Damaged Ones" video was directed by Fernando Cordero and produced by Marco De Molina of Veva Entertainment Co. (VEC), with art direction from Vicente Cordero.
Vocalist Thunderwood  states, "This is the title track from our album "The Damaged Ones"... a song that encapsulates a dark part of the human condition: eventually we all experience some kind of damage. I'd wanted to work with Marco De Molina (producer) and the Cordero brothers for a long time, and we wanted a big performance but also really liked this bizarre 'yarn people' concept... people have to shed their scars and baggage to see their true selves. We got something gritty and moody and I'm really stoked!"

9ELECTRIC played their first show in 2011 at the Roxy Theater, and it wasn't long before they were promoting their own nights at the club. Their shows were such a success, there were constant lines waiting to get in to see 9ELECTRIC share the stage with then-unsigned bands including OtherwiseButcher Babies and Nothing More. The nights often ended - and still do - with the band hosting a party. From day one, 9ELECTRIC had a vision that was bigger than a 45-minute show - it's about making every show an event, and making every event an experience to remember.
The band vows to continue that statement on the "Not-So-Silent Night" tour. Thunderwood adds, "Man, 9E is so stoked to hit the holiday road with Drowning Pool! Me and CaseyDC actually first met when our former bands toured with this amazing group. They tore the house down every night and I know we're gonna have an insane time with 'em again. What a cool tour to unleash some new 9E material on, too... see you soon!"
9ELECTRIC's new album The Damaged Ones is now available via iTunes and AmazonThe Damaged Ones was co- produced by Micah Electric and Kane Churko (Ozzy Osbourne, Papa Roach, Five Finger Death Punch).

Rainbow Bar and Grill Patio Dubbed "Lemmy's Lounge" in Memory of Late, Great MOTÖRHEAD Frontman

Rainbow Bar and Grill Patio Dubbed "Lemmy's Lounge" in Memory of Late, Great MOTÖRHEAD Frontman

Heavy rock legends MOTÖRHEAD, in collaboration with West Hollywood's famous Rainbow Bar and Grill on the Sunset Strip, have agreed to dedicate their patio to Lemmy Kilmister and re-name it 'Lemmy's Lounge' in memory of rock's greatest frontman. It is a fitting gesture from the Rainbow, as when Lemmy wasn't touring or recording, the majority of his waking hours were spent on said-patio. There is already a life size bronze statue immortalizing Lemmy at The Rainbow, which attracts fans from all over the world, and Lemmy's Lounge will allow hardcore fans and casual patrons alike to sample the wares and atmosphere that Lemmy loved so much.
To celebrate Lemmy's Lounge, Roxy owner Nic Adler and Goldenvoice's Paul Tollett have kindly agreed to allow the painting of a celebratory mural commemorating the life of Lemmy and MOTÖRHEAD on the side wall of the Roxy, opposite Lemmy's Lounge and statue.
MOTÖRHEAD's management are seeking a local LA muralist painter that is interested in the opportunity to provide their services to paint this immortal artwork in celebration of our fallen hero's life. Interested parties should fill the form at to submit their resume.
The closing date for submissions is December 24, 2016.

"Introspection" is the second single taken from the EP "Transient" out Dec. 9 - Photo: Chelsea Felker

Through Lucid Eyes is back with a brand new banger, "Introspection"

Gearing up for their upcoming album release Dec. 9, Through Lucid Eyes is ready to drop a new banger, "Introspection", which is their second single off of the EP, "Transient".

In the past the band previously debuted tracks featuring
Jesse Cash of ERRA and Carlo Knöpfel of Breakdown Of Sanity and, although this time around we have no guest vocalists, the track still shines on its own, with soaring cleans, scathing screams and great rhythm and melody throughout the whole song.

With mixing and mastering provided by Parallel Focus Studios very own Julian Rodriguez (former Elitist) in North Hollywood, and lyrics and production crafted by the band themselves, the Canada-based Progressive Metalcore quintet has crafted a great effort that will easily please and intrigue fans of ERRA, Northlane and Periphery.

Ryan O'Grady (guitar) and Zach Avery (guitar) elaborated on the track: "Introspection is the longest and most progressive song we've written to date. Touching on themes of self-doubt, perception, and happiness, it will likely also be the most relateable. [It is] the culmination of our talents as musicians. We pushed our boundaries to exceed even our own expectations and it shows. Lyrically, the song is a representation of where our minds are as human beings right now, and we believe that our fans will be able to identify with it."

More about the band: Through Lucid Eyes is an Canadian metalcore band from Cornwall, Ontario. Formed in 2012, the band consists of vocalist Jacob Lacroix-Cardinal, guitarists Ryan O’Grady and Zach Avery, bassist Cameron Bennett, and drummer Matthew Atchison. The name “Through Lucid Eyes” was inspired by the concepts of lucid dreaming and altered states of consciousness. In 2014 the band released their debut self-titled EP featuring guest appearances from Jesse Cash of ERRA and Carlo Knöpfel of Breakdown of Sanity. In 2015 Through Lucid Eyes signed to Famined Records and released the single “Echoes”. The members are currently promoting their brand new album, "Transient", coming December 9th.

"Running Tired" is the third single taken from the debut full length out Dec. 2

Progressive Metallers As A Conceit release brand new single via Prog Sphere

As A Conceit is a five-piece progressive metalcore band based in Venice, Italy.

It's 2016, and the band is back with a vengeance: after releasing their last single in 2015 the band huddled up into the studio to craft their debut full length, out December 2nd. "Boneheads" was the first track taken from "Frown Upon Us", and premiered via Lambgoat, followed by "Idle Hands", which saw Philip Strand of Normandie on guest vocals, via CaliberTV.

Now, the band has teamed up with Prog Sphere to drop a third and final single, "Running Tired", which hooks in the listener right from the beginning, when vocalist Fabio screams to the audience "Can you face death in a life without purpose?". Stream it here.
Stream "Running Tired" now via Prog Sphere

The quintet also shed some light on the concept of the track, and what it means to them: "The lyrics of 'Running Tired' are about the burden of life we all are carrying, dealing with the feeling of having lost all hopes and letting ourselves go down in a spiral of self-abandonment and detachment from this reality as we're living it, with a nihilist point of view based on the disillusion we get once we realize we exist without any superior purpose and that our lives are all going to end the same, no matter what we do or achieve during the span of our short existence.!"

More about the band: Coming from the north east of Italy, As A Conceit is a 5 piece Metal/Hardcore band based in Venice, Italy.
Established in 2012 from the breakup of previous projects, As A Conceit released the single 'Live Up To The Hype' in early 2013, whilst sharing the stage with several bands around Italy. In late 2013 the first music video for the single 'Living Entities' hit the web, granting a wider acquaintance and laying the foundation for a more elaborate project.
On June 2014, the band released an EP entitled 'Ebb / Flow', with an advanced and improved heavier and more emotional new sound, getting the opportunity to further spread the word about their music by sharing many stages with many bands. On March 2015 As A Conceit released a new single with a music video, 'Transient', an experimentation of the evolution of the band's new sound.
In 2015 Q3 the band announced they started the writing process for their new album, scheduled to be released December 2, 2016.
